While answering the above questions you should try to answer either in ‘yes’ or ‘no’. You should
keep a count of how many questions you answer in ‘yes’ and how many of them you answer in
‘no’. If you answer to more than three questions in the affirmative, it means that you are
seriously in need of consultation and need to cut down your drug use as soon as you can. While
answering these questions you need to be true to yourself and answer the questions truly, as
these questions are meant to help you in diagnosing your problem.
Once you have diagnosed the extent of your drug use, consult a doctor or addiction proffessional who will be able to guide you in finding the appropriate help.

Are you afraid that you would not be able to stop eating food, once you have started?
Do you often tend to lie about the quantity of food you have?
Do you get irritated when people interrupt you when you eat?
Do you often contemplate about your looks and think if you had been a little thinner?
Are you in constant fear of becoming fat?
Do you often fast to reduce your weight?
Do you often throw away your food?
Try to answer all the questions honestly either as ‘yes’ or as ‘no’. If you answer most of the questions as ‘yes’, it means that you are definitely suffering from an eating disorder. By detecting any potential eating problems before it gets out of hand you will be able to take better control of your life. Once you suspect that you are suffering from eating disorders try to seek medical help as soon as possible to save you from any serious health problems and help you to take steps to solve this problem.
